Using CloudQuery up to free quota

Hello CloudQuery Team,

I am currently in the 14-day trial period and have evaluated my anticipated usage of CloudQuery. Based on my needs, I expect to remain well within the free quota of 1M rows.

Could you please confirm if I can continue using CloudQuery without adding billing information once my trial period ends, as long as my usage stays within the free tier? I understand that if my usage were to exceed 1M rows in a given month, the plugin would stop working until the following month.

Hi Eric, I got it.
To use the free usage tier, is it mandatory to add billing information?
I just want to double-check, since otherwise, the finance team would need to approve it, and that’s a tedious process we could avoid given our limited usage.

Hey @BenitezDev, you do not need to provide the billing information. You will be downgraded to the free plan after your trial ends. You will still see your usage in the Billing page when you log in so you can monitor your quota usage, and you will get an e-mail alert once you reach 75%, 90% and 100% free quota threshold. Note that if you continue syncing close to the free quota threshold, your sync may get interrupted.
