Missing data in Wiz connector

Hello,

We’ve noticed that some of the Wiz findings data is missing information to correlate the resource where the finding originated from. This ends up making it difficult to determine where to fix the finding. It seems this information is indeed available, though it may take another query, perhaps through another api call. Is this something that can be added? Alternatively, is the source available to subscribers to modify/contribute to?

I assume you’re referring to Vulnerability Findings (since there’s also Cloud Configuration Findings, which does provide the associated resource).

You’re correct that the Vulnerable Asset information is not being synced, but it is available.

I’ve opened an internal issue to remediate this. There is a chance that the Wiz endpoint is not providing the actual data, but it does have a “Vulnerable Asset” field that we’re attempting to sync, potentially incorrectly. We’ll try to get that sorted if the issue is on our end.

Absolutely correct–I was referring to the vulnerability findings. Appreciate you opening an internal issue! Looking forward to future updates.
