Error with Okta source plugin version 4.0.1 for applications

I am using the Okta source plugin with version 4.0.1. I am getting errors for okta_applications for users and application_group_assignments.

received error from Okta API: err: Failed to unmarshal ListApplications200ResponseInner as OpenIdConnectApplication: json: cannot unmarshal bool into Go struct field _Application.profile of type map[string]interface {}, body:

Any suggestions here please?
